- By default, our prices are in EURO (EUR) as we are a French brand, however our website will detect your location and will give you the option to shop in your local currency if preferred.
- You can change the currency at the bottom of our website footer if you prefer to shop in a particular currency. Please note that shipping prices quoted in our policies are in EUR however will convert to your local currency at checkout
- The prices listed in our online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges that you may incur. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. We advise you to get acquainted with your country’s customs charges and levies before making a purchase.
- ZONE ELEMENT is not liable if customers are not informed by their country’s postal authority about items awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
- Should a parcel be unclaimed or refused by the recipient, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL cannot manage a re-delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the recipient's country. As a result, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
- If your package is refused and returned to ZONE ELEMENT, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your store credit refund.
- Pre-ordering enables customers to reserve a highly sought-after style before it becomes available for shipment.
- We typically provide pre-order options for popular styles that have previously sold out and are due to be restocked soon.
- When you select the size you'd like to order, you will be informed of the anticipated delivery date. To confirm your pre-order, full payment is needed, and once made, the order cannot be cancelled or changed.
- We advise you to thoroughly review your order and be fully informed of the expected delivery timeframe before placing it to prevent any dissatisfaction.
- The standard return policy is applicable to styles bought through pre-order.

- We use DHL/UPS internationally.
- We offer same day despatch* on all orders placed before 2pm UTC Monday-Friday.
- Our head office and despatch facility is based in Paris, France
- After your order is on its way, you'll get a confirmation email with a link to track your delivery's journey.
- Keep in mind that after the package departs from our warehouse, it's under the care of the third-party courier service. Hence, for any issues related to delays or lost packages, it's more effective to contact the courier directly.
- Our insights are confined to what's available through online tracking, and the courier can offer you more detailed information.
Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please refer to the list below for estimated delivery times to all regions.

- United States: 7-10 days
- United Kingdom: 5-7 days

Your purchase will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation on weekdays (excluding public holidays). Once your package has left the warehouse, you can track it by logging in with your order number and email address.
- All returns must be processed through our Online Returns Portal here
- Simply enter your order number and the email used when placing your order to get started. Follow the prompts in the Returns Portal and let us know what you would like to return.
- You will be given the choice to return your package via a courier of your choice or you can request a Return Shipping Label which can be printed online at home for your convenience.
- All return shipping costs comes at the customers expense, unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
- You can choose to return your items via a carrier of your choice OR request Post/DHL Return Label within our Returns Portal.
- You will be emailed a link to pay for your return label once your return is approved.
